If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your item.

We accept returns only for:
- Defective items
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items sent

Please note:
- Items made to order (like custom designs) **cannot be returned for change of mind**
- Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit
